We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of cargo and inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, picking, packing, pre-outbound, outbound, and deliveries.
• Coordinate container discharge, loading, and cargo movements with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments.
• Oversee inventory control, storage, and monthly inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
• Ensure cargo is properly received, inspected, stored, packed, and loaded according to established standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure compliance with client SOPs, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to meet operational deadlines and vessel cut-off dates.
• Monitor and follow up on operational or system issues, reporting any discrepancies or incidents to management.
• Supervise, guide, and support the warehouse team, including daily task coordination and administrative follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, forecasts, and system updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, import/export, and container operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
