  1. Requirement Assessment & Communication

    • Receive procurement requests from the requesting party.

    • Assist the procurement manager in analyzing the reasonableness, legality, and feasibility of the requirements.

    • Facilitate clear communication and clarification of procurement needs.

  2. Supplier Coordination & Project Completion

    • Gather relevant supplier information as per the procurement manager's instructions.

    • Communicate with suppliers and ensure the successful execution of procurement projects.

  3. Task Follow-up & Departmental Support

    • Manage procurement-related task follow-ups and platform operations.

  4. General Procurement Duties

    • Handle other procurement-related tasks as needed.
