Descripción del puesto

1. Receive procurement requirements from the requesting party, and assist the procurement manager in fully communicating, clarifying, and analyzing the reasonableness, legality, and procurability of the requirements.
2. As required by the procurement manager, assist in collecting relevant information from suppliers, communicate with suppliers, and complete the procurement project.
3. Be responsible for task follow-up and platform work within the procurement department.
4. Other procurement-related work

3. Basic financial knowledge

1. Good communication skills and business understanding ability.
2. Possess certain project management and risk management capabilities.
3. Have strong demand and market insight and analysis abilities, able to promptly identify business issues and proactively prevent them. Possess certain cost analysis capabilities.
4. Have excellent English, Spanish, and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
