1. IT Systems Operation and Maintenance Take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of critical IT systems, including IT room infrastructure, networking, e-print systems, access control systems, conference systems, and CCTV within the office environment. Ensure continuous, reliable service with proactive issue resolution and system optimization.
2. Remote and On-site IT Support Provide IT support to other offices, offering remote troubleshooting assistance or traveling on business trips as required to resolve IT-related issues efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
3. Network Line Management Oversee the management and operation of network lines in Panama, ensuring that line contracts are updated and monthly payments are completed on time. Collaborate closely with the procurement and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. IT Project Support Collaborate with the IT team to successfully implement, test, and deploy IT projects. Ensure that systems are fully operational from initial setup to go-live, meeting technical specifications and business needs.
5. VIP Conference and External Exhibitions Support Provide comprehensive support for VIP conferences and large-scale external exhibitions, ensuring the setup and maintenance of necessary IT systems, equipment, and services for seamless events.
6. Outsourcing Team Management Manage the local outsourced service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to optimize performance and meet service-level expectations.
7. Support for Regional IT Projects Offer support for IT projects in other countries, including Mexico, Peru, and other regions, ensuring consistent and high-quality IT solutions across multiple locations.
Requisitos
1. Technical Expertise Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of IT systems such as network infrastructure, audio/video systems, IT rooms, and access control systems.
2. Network Troubleshooting Strong ability to configure network devices independently, diagnose issues, and resolve network-related problems efficiently.
3. Professional Experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network and IT room operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
4. Certification Familiarity with Huawei network equipment is preferred. Relevant certifications such as HCNA (CCNA), HCNP (CCNP), HCIE (CCIE), or equivalent certifications are a strong advantage.
5. Language Skills Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with international teams and clients.
6. Personal Attributes A quick learner with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
