Reports to the Director of Strategy and Business Development. In Central America and the Caribbean, be responsible for the following areas:
1. Communicating of Industrial Policies
1) Track and analyze the Industry Policies of the countries of Central America and the Caribbean.
2) Based on the company's mid- and long-term development strategies and business development requirements, sort out the company's requirements of National Industry Policies.
3) Communicate and coordinate with policy authorities of each country with the cooperation of the Business Environment Dept, and continuously optimize local Industry Policies environment.
4) Organize the investment of internal and external resources (including Chinese resources) related to policy work to ensure the achievement of policy-related work objectives.
2. Developing the Industrial Ecosystem
1) Based on the company's mid- and long-term development strategies and business development requirements of each domain, sort out the company's requirements for Industry Ecosystem Development, especially in the direction of large-granularity New Industries and Business Directions that are not fully developed due to the obstruction of the industry ecosystem.
2) Track and analyze the Industry Development Status and Available Industry Ecological Resources of countries in Central America and the Caribbean.
3) Actively expand and continuously maintain the cooperation relationship with industry organizations, industry associations, standard organizations, and enterprises in key links of the industry chain in the region, and build platform and channel for industry work.
4) Organize internal business departments, connect with industry organizations and partners (including China's industry resources), organize investment in industry topics, and reach the industry ecosystem development goals of cultivating industry consensus, supplementing industry breakpoints, maturing industry ecosystem, building business models of new industries.
3、The above work is the main responsibility of the post. In addition, there are four types of jobs that require part-time work:
1) Talent ecological development;
2) Brand management;
3) Annual planning and process management of marketing activities and budgets;
4) Strategy execution management (such as routine review of strategic goal execution).


Requisitos

【Basic Requirements】:
1. Education Background: Have a professional background in the IT or CT field, such as artificial intelligence, computer, communications engineering, and electronic information engineering.
2. Work Experience: Have at least two years' work experience in leading enterprises in cloud, enterprise digitalization, wireless/optical communication, green energy and digitalization.
【Soft Skill Requirements】:
1. Insight Capability: Have excellent information collection, survey, and analysis capabilities, and form insight judgments and business suggestions based on the collected information.
2. Connectivity: Have excellent interpersonal expansion and connectivity. Be good at identifying and utilizing the interests of both parties in external cooperation to quickly build a win-win partnership.
3. Organizational and Execution Capabilities: Have excellent multi-department resource investment organizing capabilities, quickly build common goals across organizations, and quickly and decisively invest.
4. Multi-Language Skills: Both English and Spanish require mother tongue level. Although Chinese is not a necessary skill for this position, excellent Chinese skills can be an important plus for priority employment.
5. Ability to produce communication materials: Have excellent ability to use office software such as PowerPoint and be able to independently output excellent internal and external communication materials.
