Human Resources Coordinator

At VAOS Group, S.A. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Panama office.

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the key link between management and staff of our company, ensuring effective communication and supporting various activities related to talent management; working closely with human resources manager.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing learning programs, managing benefits, wellness and employee experience.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
