Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panama for an HR Specialist. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and conducting performance evaluations. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective HR management and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for various meeting affairs of the department.
  • Manage the administrative affairs of the department.
  • Plan and execute organizational climate building activities.
  • Support the daily work of the department and assist in business development.


Requisitos

Qualifications

  • Work proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and be willing to help others.
  • Strong collaboration capability and capability of pushing related departments.
  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
  • Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications or tech industry is a plus
  • Adobe Photoshop and video editing are preferred.
  • Supervisor support experience, Microsoft Office, document writing skill preferred.
  • Fluent communication in English and Chinese
