We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to support the HR department in day-to-day operations. Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English is required for this position.
Responsabilities:
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing support to managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general HR support to management and staff, including training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with labor union negotiations (if applicable to your organization).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
