We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to support the HR department in day-to-day operations. Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English is required for this position.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing support to managers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general HR support to management and staff, including training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.


Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with labor union negotiations (if applicable to your organization).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
