1. Department Meeting Support Provide comprehensive support for departmental meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation. Ensure smooth execution and follow-up on action items from meetings.

2. Administrative Affairs Management Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department, ensuring efficient operations. Plan and execute organizational climate-building activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Business Development Support Assist with the department’s daily operations and provide support for business development initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to drive HR projects and contribute to the department’s strategic goals.

4. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and organize internal HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with reports, presentations, and other written materials as needed.


Requisitos

1. Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing is preferred to help with the creation of engaging HR content and materials.

2. Experience Prior experience supporting supervisors or leadership teams is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. 3. Microsoft Office and Writing Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent document writing skills are required to handle various HR administrative tasks and reporting.

4. Interpersonal Skills Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problemsolving and managing tasks effectively
