1. External Communication and Brand Building Represent Huawei’s cybersecurity capabilities to external parties, demonstrating the company's security solutions and addressing customer concerns. Play a key role in supporting market expansion and building Huawei's security brand through strategic communication efforts.

2. Transparency Center and External Communication Strategy Proactively plan and drive brand-building initiatives for Huawei’s Transparency Center. Develop compelling external communication materials, organize related activities, and foster positive relationships with industry stakeholders.

3. Strategic Insights and Cybersecurity Expertise Provide strategic insights into cybersecurity and privacy protection, including but not limited to policies, legislation, industry standards, and customer requirements. Ensure alignment with market needs and global security trends.

4. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Identify key external stakeholders, and collaborate with business departments to establish a routine communication mechanism with local regulators, customers, industry bodies, and standards organizations. Ensure the successful implementation and management of these communication efforts.

Requisitos

1. Knowledge Requirements In-depth understanding of major corporate policies and processes, with a strong background in project management. Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy protection frameworks, regulations, and standards.

2. Skills Requirements

o Strong external insight with a deep awareness of industry trends.

o Proficient in external communication, reputation building, and influencing stakeholders.

o Expertise in managing communication efforts using frameworks such as policies, processes, KCPs (Key Communication Points), and measurement tools.

3. Capability Requirements o Effective communication and trust-building capabilities with senior stakeholders. o Proficient in material development and crafting clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences. o Strategic thinking for developing long-term plans in cybersecurity and privacy. o Strong project management skills, including experience managing crossdepartmental initiatives and personnel.

Experience Requirements:

1. Professional Experience o Extensive experience in sales, marketing, solution sales, and R&D MO. o Proven track record of successful communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and industry leaders.

2. Technical Knowledge and Expertise

o Experience or understanding in the following areas is preferred: ▪ Threats, threat agents, attack surfaces, and threat modeling. ▪ Security architecture models such as defense in depth, zero trust, and adaptive security. ▪ Security ecosystem engagement models, including bug bounty programs, CTF, and threat intelligence sharing. ▪ Industry-specific security standards, particularly in areas like digital energy. ▪ Cloud service security. ▪ Mobile and fixed broadband telecommunications security technologies.

3. Additional Skills o Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. o Project management expertise with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution. o Ability to learn and adapt to new business needs and emerging security challenges.

4. Language Proficiency o English proficiency is required as the working language for communication and documentation.
